Sumit serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Root Valley, overseeing the brand’s end-to-end operational excellence. With a strong background in strategic planning, supply-chain management, and process optimization, he ensures that every product meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
He plays a pivotal role in aligning day-to-day operations with the company’s long-term vision, establishing efficient workflows, and maintaining seamless coordination across production, logistics, and customer experience teams.
